2.3 WhatsApp Integration Data

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account:

• WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID
• Message content (to deliver messages through your bots)
• User phone numbers (for conversation tracking)
• Message delivery status

Important: We process WhatsApp messages only to provide the chatbot service. We do not sell or share WhatsApp conversation data with third parties for marketing purposes.
